Having slain the Knight Bereasc deep in the desert, the Engraved enters a portal into a snowy realm. Once again beset by demons and corrupted knights, they must hunt Knight-Cardinal Aronmir, Mouth of the Demiurge.

Now, a thousand miles from home, Aronmir finds the world's edge in a frigid arboreal land. Perhaps he hoped that so far from civilization, the destruction he wrought would end. Instead, where he rests, the world of Bartzabel has begun to conjoin with his own. A path to Gehenna. As above, so below.
